Great Food and Even Better Service Akaya Lounge never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. The ambiance was lovely, and the food was top-quality, but what really stood out was the service. Neha went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was patient, helpful with our menu choices, and always had a smile on her face. Her warm and welcoming attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Service and Delicious Food I recently visited Akaya Lounge on High Street, Slough, and had an amazing experience. The food was flavorful, especially the mixed grill, but what made our evening even better was the exceptional service provided by Neha. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel truly welcome. Thanks to Neha, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back soon!

Memorable Evening Thanks to Neha Dining at Akaya Lounge was an absolute delight. The food was rich in flavor, and the presentation was beautiful. However, the highlight of our visit was the excellent service from Neha. She was incredibly courteous and ensured that everything was perfect for us. She made us feel valued as customers, and her friendly personality made the experience even more enjoyable. Because of her, we will definitely be coming back!

Neha Made Our Visit Special From the moment we walked into Akaya Lounge, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were greeted by Neha, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. She was polite, professional, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and efficiency truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was amazing, but Neha’s hospitality made it even better. Can’t wait to return!

We came here for iftar and waited for 1 hour for our food. We didnt even get the complimentary fruits while waiting for our food while everyone else got it on their table. We keep waiting until everyone else has finished their food and get out of the restaurant and finally decided to cancel our food. There’s another table not getting their order too. Overall it was a bad first experience for us.

The toilets are awful. Broken door handle. Mess inside. Floor unclean. Discounts offered are not applied properly at the till. Not the place for a quite Sunday lunch. Juice drinks & food were tasty though.

The food was so amazing, flavourful and a lovely spice to it. The staff were very kind, helpful and super patient with us while we were deciding what we wanted. We came for the nihari but we stayed because Iva was great and super helpful.

“I visited Akaya Restaurant on my birthday based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible—after serving the food once, the staff disappeared. The plates, forks, and knives were extremely dirty, rough, and all mismatched in design. When we complained, the staff had no proper response except for a simple ‘sorry.’ This is unacceptable for a restaurant of this standard. I will not recommend this place to anyone.”

I had very bad experience today. I ordered dinner with my family and I had wait 50minutes for food.i ordered chips aswel but they were uncooked.when I complained,they said sorry "the order was misplaced".I don't recommend the price very high, service zero.

I told them on the phone that I’m hosting a surprise birthday dinner. I told them strictly NOT to mention how much people are attending as I don’t want the birthday boy to know until we get in. We say the name our reservation is under, they asked us where we want to sit? I told them no we have a reservation. He goes speaks to his colleague, who SHOUTS “table for 10”- ruining the surprise. I strictly ask for a plate that says happy birthday, we didn’t get that either. I just checked the receipt and they charged us for things we did not order?? Please do not come here, they don’t know how to host events and will not cater to special requests.
